Terms for using ThermoSafeguard and Pro subscriptions. Real charges are not yet enabled.

About this version

The full ThermoSafeguard installer is available for 64-bit Windows 10 and 11. The installer does not yet have a digital signature, and Windows may display warnings or block execution. Downloading or signing in does not start a subscription. Real charges remain disabled until commercial activation.

Purpose and compatibility

ThermoSafeguard monitors CPU readings and applies automatic thermal profiles on compatible hardware. Thermal behavior and actual performance depend on the equipment, workload and cooling. Control complements maintenance and manufacturer protections.

Free and Pro

Confirmed CPU thermal limit: Free: Lower controlled limit. Pro: Lower controlled limit; Conservative limit; Moderate limit; Higher controlled limit. Monthly and yearly plans have the same features. Profiles require a reliable CPU thermal reference. Control may reduce CPU performance to contain heat.

Pro account and devices

Pro requires internet access and a verified-email login using an access code or Google. The same account allows up to two simultaneous devices; session management lets you disconnect them. Without valid authorization, the app returns to the Free plan.

Prices and renewal

Monthly Pro: US$2 for the first month and US$3/month on subsequent renewals. Yearly Pro: US$24/year, equivalent to US$2/month, renewing annually at US$24. Monthly and yearly plans offer the same Pro features. Currency, taxes and the final amount are shown before you confirm payment with Paddle.

Cancellation and plan changes

Canceling renewal stops future charges and keeps Pro until the end of the paid period. A monthly-to-yearly change accounts for unused paid time as credit and requires confirmed payment. A yearly-to-monthly change is scheduled for the end of the yearly period. Review amounts, credits and dates in the preview before confirming. Cancellation and a refund request are separate procedures.

Intellectual property

Installation and use are governed by the license shown by the installer. Proprietary code, branding and materials are not transferred to the user. Third-party component licenses and uses permitted by applicable law are respected.

Purchase and acceptance

Review these terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy before purchasing. The order process is conducted by Paddle, an authorized reseller of ThermoSafeguard, under the Paddle Buyer Terms. The usage license is shown in the installer. Browsing the site, downloading the app or signing in does not confirm a purchase or authorize a charge.
